This system has high performance, lowpowerconsumption and low weight. It is transplantable and very suitable to be used in spaceflight,motor and industrial control fields which are restricted grindingly in vibration.Key words: embedded system。關(guān)鍵詞:嵌入式系統(tǒng)。對于一個智能減振系統(tǒng)來說,它的數(shù)據(jù)采集以及控制能力對于采集精度和控制效果有至關(guān)重要的影響,所以核心微處理器的處理性能非常重要[1]。 圖1 主動減振系統(tǒng)模型3 硬件設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)從以上的分析可以看出,智能減振的嵌入式系統(tǒng)要完成多方面的工作,從數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制算法的實(shí)現(xiàn),到人機(jī)交互、整個系統(tǒng)的宏觀管理與控制,這就對硬件的選擇提出了很高的要求。串行接口完成與上位機(jī)的通訊,可以把保存的數(shù)據(jù)傳出進(jìn)行研究分析。 串行模塊設(shè)計由于CPU 的FFUART 的接口電平為L VTTL ,因此在與上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)通訊時,必須進(jìn)行L VTTL 到RS232的電平轉(zhuǎn)換,系統(tǒng)采用MAX3243芯片作為RS232收發(fā)器,具體連接方法如圖5所示。提供便捷應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)平臺,以及Windows平臺間的軟件移植,使開發(fā)人員可根據(jù)應(yīng)用需要方便的對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行配置管理。EVC開發(fā)出的應(yīng)用程序可以集成到系統(tǒng)中的,將應(yīng)用程序作為系統(tǒng)的
