One of the foreign steel major powers have invested a great deal of manpower and resources to the special study. CSPscience, technology and engineering in one, hot rolled coil production in a short line to plete the process, fully demonstrated its advanced scientific. All countries in the world have given a great deal of concern, making CSP technology a rapid progress in recent years. Compared with the traditional production process, the CSP process can be shortsaving investment, to bee useful raise rates and reduce production costs and significantly reduce the production cycle, and so on. The design for an annual output of million tons of CSP hotrolled strip steel production workshop designed paper describes the CSP in the type of technology, market analysis and technology features, and typical of a variety of music parison. Reference to Magang CSP, the technical characteristics and production practice, raised the overall configuration of the workshop programe,the main design of auxiliary equipment and its production capacity, the plant layout and lifting the transport, mainly economic and technical indicators, environmental protection and the use of AutoCAD Drawing Workshop Layout plans. The CSP is the choice of design process, layout for the main workshop: 250/70 CSP Casting → Roller both highpressure hot water heaters → Descaling → 7CVCplus rolling mill → laminar cooling → coiling. Keywords: thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling; CSP。 1999 年底至 2020 年上半年,我國已有珠鋼、邯鋼、包鋼等 12 家企業(yè)的 13 家企業(yè)的 13 條薄板坯(包括中薄板坯)連鑄連軋生產(chǎn)線相繼投產(chǎn),產(chǎn)能約 3500 萬噸 /年 [2]。同時薄板坯連鑄連軋與轉(zhuǎn)爐的匹配,都要求適當(dāng)提高薄板坯連鑄連軋機的生產(chǎn)能力,爭取一部鑄機與 一 部連軋機配合生產(chǎn) ,以達到整個生產(chǎn)流程的經(jīng)濟規(guī)模,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高競爭能力和經(jīng)濟效益。目前國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的熱連軋機生產(chǎn)的商品卷絕大多數(shù)是 2mm 以上的,薄板坯連鑄連軋技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得熱軋薄板最小厚度可達 1mm 以下,部分冷軋帶鋼的市場被價格相對便宜同等規(guī)格的熱軋薄帶鋼取代已是必然的趨勢。 表 21 產(chǎn)品按厚度寬度分
