CATIA vision checking module that can be used in many different vehicle models has been developed with CATIA secondary development software CAA (building application structure) in accordance with design flow. The different blanks were used in cold extruding forming tests, the main influence factors of forming faults were presented and the reasonable softening and lubricating technical conditions of blank were defined, then the cold extruding parts with high quality and accuracy, which satisfied the technical requirement of products, were produced.
