【正文】 ing)Abstract: With the putational fluid dynamics software CFD, the air distribution of flow field of bagfilter were simulated，the plot of filter velocity distribution in different position of the bagfilter and different height on a bag were got. The result of numerical simulation is reliability in contrast with the fact condition. All of these offer a reference to the design and improvement of bag filter. Keywords: bagfilter, numerical simulation, air distribution, flow field袋式除塵器，由于氣流不均，造成箱體內(nèi)某個位置的布袋和布袋的某個位置的破損，一條布袋破有破損，如不及時處理，該區(qū)域的氣流流動阻力變低，造成更大區(qū)域濾袋的破損。將模型設(shè)置成軸對稱圖形。如圖4，箱體內(nèi)花板下200mm處平面氣流速度分布，左邊為進口方向，圖中的顏色分布明顯表示，,布袋內(nèi)部氣流速度大說明布袋的過濾風量大，而箱體內(nèi)過濾單元中間的布袋過濾速度小，由于氣流分布的不均勻，同樣材質(zhì)的布袋其壽命不同。（5）對于每行的第16條布袋的破損，主要原因是因為噴吹的影響，和箱體內(nèi)氣流的均勻性關(guān)系
