Article 41 Any person leaving or entering the country who has violated the provisions of these Regulations, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law if the circumstances of the case are serious enough to constitute a crime. ?第四十二條 被處罰人對(duì)邊防檢查站作出的處罰決定不服的，可以自接到處罰決定書(shū)之日起 15日內(nèi)，向邊防檢查站所在地的縣級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)申請(qǐng)復(fù)議；有關(guān)縣級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)應(yīng)當(dāng)自接到復(fù)議申請(qǐng)書(shū)之日起 15日內(nèi)作出復(fù)議決定；被處罰人對(duì)復(fù)議決定不服的，可以自接到復(fù)議決定書(shū)之日起 15日內(nèi)，向人民法院提起訴訟。 ? Article 34 Any person who carries or consigns firearms or ammunition out of or into the country without approval shall be fined 1000 to 5000 Yuan with all the firearms and ammunition confiscated. ?第三十五條 有下列情形之一的，處以警告或者 500元以下罰款： ?（一）未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入口岸的限定區(qū)域或者進(jìn)入后不服從管理，擾亂口岸管理秩序的； ?（二）污辱邊防檢查人員的； ?（三）未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)或者未按照規(guī)定登陸、住宿的。 or ?
