Party B shall receive written agreement in advance when it requires expanding capacity of existing water supply, power supply and water draining equipments, or it requires expanding capacity of original supply level of water and electricity power, or increasing and/or installing sources in addition of leased factory. If Party A agreed in written form, if necessary Party B shall also receive approval of source supplier or concerned department of government. Party B shall pay relevant capacity increase fee according to regulations of source supplier or concerned department of government, and bear the expenses for installment, connection and maintenance of additional power sources.
