Amateur institutions is the basic part of producing talented players, tennis is a highly socialized sport, while the amateur institutions are mainly scattered in big cities or middle cities, so adolescents from small cities or the countryside don’t have access to tennis, nor do they know much about tennis, unlike pingpong or badminton, which are played by most people both from big cities and countryside, the gap between tennis popularization and badminton or pingpong ball popularization is even far. In western countries, the cultivation of junior tennis players in general is to send them to training camp as the base, and get help from tennis association and sponsors. Few Chinese parents get the opportunity to send their talented kids to world class tennis institutions.
