oral chinese 漢語口語acrylic painting: 炳烯畫guzheng, a kind of chinese musical instrument, belonging to the zither family of string instruments古箏oil painting, 油畫gouache painting / water color painting水粉畫dear mr./ mrs. liu,i am honored to have this opportunity to apply for the job your kindergarten has advertised in da he daily. my name is jane, and i have been studying in zhengzhou infant normal school in the past five years, majoring in the preschool education. through the five years of study, my professional skills have been greatly enhanced.i am interested in learning many kinds of artistic skills, such as music, dancing, ect. when i was still in the primary school, i began to learn latin dances. later on, i learned guzheng, which is a kind of chinesemusical instrument, belonging to the zither family of string instruments, and i obtained a sixth grade guzheng certificate. while i was studying in junior middle school, i studied another musical instrument, yuan , and was appointed to be the first seat of the musical group. i also participated in the the 102 middle school green city square concert” annually. in XX, i performed in the “henan province middle school art festival”, attended the petition that was held between different music groups representing different schools, and won the first prize in both events.now, i am going to play a piece of music named the song of a fishing boat ing back from work.。但我仍然很有自信。我樂觀、自信、上進心強,愛好廣泛,能夠很好地處理人際關系,有協(xié)調(diào)溝通方面的特長,并且有很強的責任心與使命感。 此外,我還積極參加了各項社會實踐活動,把握每1個機會,鍛煉自己。經(jīng)歷了三年的幼師生活,面對新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),我更堅定了“自信、自強、勤奮、謙虛的人生信條。試講勤奮,授課大方,表達流利,教態(tài)自然,能較熟練地運用現(xiàn)有教學設備,采用多種教學手段促使學生思考。實習結束了,我舍不得我們班的孩子,雖然他們對我還很陌生,很陌生,但一想到要走我就想哭!我舍不得我們班的老師,因為他們教會了我很多很多!雖然就這么短短的幾天,但對于我來說是很美好的回憶!天下沒有不散的宴席啊!是啊!我想微笑著走,微笑著離開我所實習的幼兒園!我永遠也忘不了我們班的孩子,我們班的老師。和孩子在一起的喜怒哀樂,現(xiàn)在回想起來就像一串串冰糖葫蘆,緊緊地串在一起,甜甜的。對幼兒的表揚和批評要及時和適度,經(jīng)過多次的“實戰(zhàn)演習”讓我積累了更多經(jīng)驗。在睡覺方面,要及時提醒幼兒大小便,蓋好被褥,安靜睡覺,睡覺時不講話。實習讓我有了更多有益于自己今后發(fā)展和成長的收獲,也讓我的實習生活畫上了完美的句號。幼兒教師的實習自我鑒定范文一時間飛逝,在不知不覺中,我的實習生活結束。只有尊重幼兒才能令幼兒尊重自己,樹立良好的形象。上課時間的把握,各個步驟的銜接,幼兒情緒的調(diào)動,課堂秩序的維持等不確定的因素,對教師的組織能力和控制能力提出了比我想象中更高的要求。我試著讓自己變成小朋友,融入他們的生活,但這樣卻并不代表小朋友會聽我的命令做事。這次實習第一次完整地觀察了幼兒的一日生活,發(fā)現(xiàn)其實訓練幼兒的生活常規(guī),培養(yǎng)他們的行為習慣及自理能力也是一項重要的任務,一門值得重視的學問。如在活動前我會為幼兒提供豐富多樣、且適合幼兒發(fā)展需要的材料,引起幼兒對活動的興趣;當孩子們對我提出要求和疑問時,我會盡我所能給予他們幫助;另外在活動中我則更多地充當一個觀察者,拿著小本子,及時記錄下孩子們身上的點點滴滴和一切我認為有價值的東西,在那一篇篇記錄內(nèi)容中,我希望能留下些他們的成長足跡和具有普遍意義的教育
