【正文】 油方式控制潤滑泵工作,我們改進(jìn)了潤滑控制部分的電氣設(shè)計(jì),讓控制系統(tǒng)能根據(jù)機(jī)床的具體工作情況自動(dòng)調(diào)整潤滑泵工作頻率和每次的工作時(shí)間,在機(jī)床暫停時(shí)適當(dāng)減少供油量,而機(jī)床初始工作時(shí)適當(dāng)增加。但是數(shù)控機(jī)床運(yùn)動(dòng)副需要的潤滑油量不是太多時(shí),采用連續(xù)供油方式既不經(jīng)濟(jì)也不合理。其工作過程是通過各種傳感器測(cè)得的加工過程 參數(shù)的變化信息,并傳送到自適應(yīng)控制器,與預(yù)先存儲(chǔ)的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析,然后發(fā)出校正指令送到數(shù)控裝置,自動(dòng)修正程序中的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。它是用半閉環(huán)控制方式取得高精度控制,再用裝在工作臺(tái)上的直線位移測(cè)量元件實(shí)現(xiàn)全閉環(huán)修正,以獲得高速度與高精度的統(tǒng)一。 A伺 服電動(dòng)機(jī)速度控制電路位置比較電路位置反饋速度反饋指令脈沖C 圖 22閉環(huán)控制數(shù)控機(jī)床的系統(tǒng)框圖 3.半閉環(huán)控制數(shù)控機(jī)床 半閉環(huán)控制數(shù)控機(jī)床是在伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的軸或數(shù)控機(jī) 床的傳動(dòng)絲杠上裝有角位移電流檢測(cè)裝置(如光電編碼器等),通過檢測(cè)絲杠的轉(zhuǎn)角間接地檢測(cè)移動(dòng)部件的實(shí)際位移,然后反饋到數(shù)控裝置中去,并對(duì)誤差進(jìn)行修正。移動(dòng)部件的移動(dòng)速度與位移量是由輸入脈沖的頻率與脈沖數(shù)所決定的。 第一節(jié) 按加工工藝方法分類 1.金屬切削類數(shù)控機(jī)床 在普通數(shù)控機(jī)床加裝一個(gè)刀庫和換刀裝置就成為數(shù)控加工中心機(jī)床。得到零件的所有運(yùn)動(dòng)、尺寸、工藝參數(shù)等 加工信息后,用由文字、數(shù)字和符號(hào)組成的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)控代碼,按規(guī)定的方法和格式,編制零件加工的數(shù)控程序單。 (二 )數(shù)控機(jī)床對(duì)夾具和刀具的要求 數(shù)控機(jī)床的刀具應(yīng)該具有以下特點(diǎn): ( 1)具有較高的精度、耐用度,幾何尺寸穩(wěn)定、變化小。數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速和進(jìn)給量的變化范圍比普通機(jī)床大,因此數(shù)控機(jī)床每一道工序都可選用最有利的切削用量。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 儀器 、 操縱控制裝置 、 潤滑系統(tǒng) 成都電子機(jī)械高等??茖W(xué)校成教院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) ( 數(shù)控機(jī)床潤滑系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) ) Abstract Lubrication system is a widely applied in all kinds of automated machinery, instruments and control device of protection system.
