all of the semiconductor photocatalyst used in the catalytic reaction, TiO2 because of its nontoxic, antilight corrosion, oxidation ability, high catalytic activity, good stability, and low cost nature of the most monly used. The study, prepared by hightemperature heat treatment of ammoniamodified titanium dioxide powder. Select tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, ethanol as the solvent. After the preparation of the precursor, the heat treatment at different temperatures and for preparing nitrogen utilization of hightemperature vacuum heat treatment conditions ammoniadoped titanium dioxide powder. And the use of Xray diffraction (XRD) and UV visible absorption curve (UVVis) were characterized. Use of methylene blue analog degradation, select titania powders prepared photocatalytic experimental performance of the test. The results show that under the same conditions as temperature, vacuum calcination of titanium dioxide powder can get better photocatalytic properties. In the same heat treatment conditions at 550oC can get better photocatalytic properties. Visible light titanium dioxide powder preparation of the catalyst, with a certain wavelength of a certain concentration of methylene blue solution, experiments show that titanium dioxide powder on the degradation of methylene blue solution has obvious catalysis.
