Purchasing will be conducted accroding to “ Purchasing Procedure” after confirmed by related department manager. 設(shè)備租借、內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)移、改造和報廢 Equipment leasing, internal transfer, adaptation and scrapped 設(shè)備的租借、內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)移手續(xù)參閱《 公司資產(chǎn)管理辦法》。 “ Equipment Annual Maintenance Schedule” should be made at the time before of each year by Production Techenical Center, which will conduct maintenance work accroding to this schedule. Maintenance should be well conducted and status should be well recorded into “ Equipment Regular Maintenance Form” . Related Maintenance Records and Problems should also be well recorded in “ Equipment Information Form” . 條件限制無法完成保養(yǎng)的,應(yīng)報備生技課長,經(jīng)課長審核,報備經(jīng)理、總經(jīng)理,核準(zhǔn)后,可申請外修,但須填寫 《物品放行單》 。 Equipment Maintenance: Could be devided into Daily Maintenance and Regular Maintenance.
