JTTIG鎢極氬弧堆焊機(jī);9. 自制球磨機(jī);10. 洛氏與維氏硬度檢測(cè)儀;實(shí)驗(yàn)材料:鎳鉻系合金粉末、鎳鉻鐵系合金粉末、鎳鉻硼系合金粉末和鎳鋁系合金粉末。在實(shí)際修復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,整理相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),撰寫并發(fā)表項(xiàng)目研究論文。具體方案是根據(jù)待修復(fù)模具材料的化學(xué)成分、金相組織及力學(xué)性能特點(diǎn),配制相應(yīng)的噴焊復(fù)合合金系統(tǒng);采用與待修復(fù)模具本體材料完全相同的試樣,制備等離子噴焊修復(fù)層和TIG堆焊(模具鋼修復(fù)專用焊絲)修復(fù)層;將制備有兩種修復(fù)層的試樣置于相同的實(shí)際使用工況條件下進(jìn)行運(yùn)行測(cè)試,根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果調(diào)整噴焊合金粉成分,最終使噴焊修復(fù)層組織、力學(xué)性能符合預(yù)定要求。另外,等離子噴焊過(guò)程對(duì)金屬模具材料的熱影響很有限,當(dāng)模具體積較大時(shí),則幾乎不會(huì)對(duì)金屬基體材料帶來(lái)不良的熱影響。參考文獻(xiàn)1) 王文權(quán),宣兆志,殷世強(qiáng),孫大謙. 汽車齒輪軸等離子噴涂修復(fù). 汽車工藝與材料,2003,8:38-40.2) 王文權(quán),孫大謙,宣兆志. 合金元素對(duì)高鉻鑄鐵堆焊層耐沖蝕磨損性能的影響. 汽車工藝與材料,2003,3:14-16. 3) .
