【正文】 牽引輪、標(biāo)簽輸送的定位機(jī)構(gòu)、標(biāo)簽的自動(dòng)剝離桿以及標(biāo)簽紙帶的回收輪來(lái)完成整個(gè)送標(biāo)動(dòng)作，必要時(shí)添加導(dǎo)向輥。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 根據(jù)貼標(biāo)機(jī)功能，應(yīng)用的范圍和工藝方法，確定貼標(biāo)機(jī)的類型，合理安排貼標(biāo)機(jī)的加工工序、工藝路線和工位數(shù)。當(dāng)這個(gè)機(jī)械裝置伸展到標(biāo)簽與包裝件相接觸后，就收縮回去，此時(shí)就將標(biāo)簽貼附到包裝件上。（4）特殊類型的專業(yè)機(jī)械，種類多，生產(chǎn)數(shù)量有限。標(biāo)簽上的商標(biāo)、主要參數(shù)、使用說(shuō)明和產(chǎn)品介紹，是現(xiàn)代包裝不可缺少的，而且設(shè)計(jì)精美的標(biāo)簽還有助于提升公司形象，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的銷售。在醫(yī)藥，啤酒瓶裝裝設(shè)備中，高速回轉(zhuǎn)式貼標(biāo)機(jī)是醫(yī)藥，啤酒瓶裝生產(chǎn)線上重要設(shè)備之一。本文對(duì)自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)的貼標(biāo)過(guò)程作出設(shè)計(jì)理論，解決國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)瓶裝生產(chǎn)線(中的重要部分)貼標(biāo)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)，對(duì)外形和功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算，繪制出自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)的裝配圖和各部件的部件圖和零件的零件圖。其次，針對(duì)現(xiàn)在醫(yī)藥瓶裝生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，作為以后自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)。在國(guó)內(nèi)，一些醫(yī)藥和啤酒設(shè)備生產(chǎn)廠家開(kāi)始引進(jìn)吸收克朗斯公司的技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)國(guó)產(chǎn)系列的高速回轉(zhuǎn)式貼標(biāo)機(jī)并取得了成效，其中以廣東輕工業(yè)機(jī)械集團(tuán)有限公司，青島機(jī)床啤酒設(shè)備有限公司等為代表。從早期的貼單一標(biāo)發(fā)展到貼雙標(biāo)、環(huán)身標(biāo)、肩標(biāo)、頸標(biāo)，掛標(biāo)，以祭器它能夠增加商品美感的裝演形式，原來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單手動(dòng)貼標(biāo)形式已遠(yuǎn)不能滿足生產(chǎn)的需要，一些功能齊全、產(chǎn)量高、自動(dòng)化程度高的貼標(biāo)機(jī)便問(wèn)世了，并且飛速發(fā)展。目前，主要的自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)技術(shù)有三種:(1)“吹貼法”(或“射流法”) 這種技術(shù)的某些運(yùn)作方式是與上述吸貼法相似的，就是將標(biāo)簽放置到真空表面墊上固定，直到貼附動(dòng)作開(kāi)始為止。在貼標(biāo)時(shí)，當(dāng)標(biāo)簽的前緣部分粘附到包裝上后，產(chǎn)品就馬上帶走標(biāo)簽。（2）確定自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)繪制出裝配圖，部件圖和零件圖，寫出設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書。(4) 撫壓機(jī)構(gòu)撫壓機(jī)構(gòu)也是貼標(biāo)機(jī)的工藝操作機(jī)構(gòu)， 因而標(biāo)簽剝離出的前緣被粘在瓶子上后，還需使用滾筒或是刷子，在標(biāo)簽和瓶子同時(shí)從工位2運(yùn)動(dòng)到工位3的過(guò)程中，將標(biāo)簽的剩余部分在瓶子上撫平壓實(shí)。下面對(duì)所研制的貼標(biāo)機(jī)的具體工藝進(jìn)行分析。同時(shí)貼標(biāo)機(jī)也具有其自身的一些特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)本貼標(biāo)機(jī)的工藝，可將貼標(biāo)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為以下幾個(gè)部分，如圖24所示:瓶子輸送機(jī)構(gòu)圖24貼標(biāo)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成方塊圖瓶子輸送機(jī)構(gòu)瓶子輸送機(jī)構(gòu)本論文主要是設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)功能的機(jī)械部分。由于本貼標(biāo)機(jī)使用的是伺服電機(jī)，本級(jí)的主要載荷均為輕載，主要為直線運(yùn)動(dòng)特性使得在貼標(biāo)機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)中省去了許多傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，因而把傳動(dòng)裝置歸入到各工作機(jī)構(gòu)中。這種方式在本系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用時(shí)，一般都要使用步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)，配以專門的托盤。型號(hào)為70SL5C2，額定輸出功率為160W，f=50HZ 勵(lì)磁電壓為110V，堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩為104 ，空轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速最大為1000r/min,重量為1600g。送標(biāo)動(dòng)作是通過(guò)標(biāo)簽輸送裝置的工作實(shí)現(xiàn)的，因此標(biāo)簽輸送裝置要滿足以下的基本功能和運(yùn)動(dòng)要求: ，使得標(biāo)簽卷在送標(biāo)過(guò)程中可退卷 ，使標(biāo)簽移動(dòng)指定距離 ，以確保貼標(biāo)精度 ，自動(dòng)剝離，這是實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵之一54321由此可確定標(biāo)簽輸送裝置是由以下5個(gè)裝置組成的，如圖31所示:圖31標(biāo)簽輸送裝置的組成1，標(biāo)簽卷支撐盤 2，導(dǎo)向柱裝置 3，標(biāo)簽紙回收輪 4，導(dǎo)輥組 5，標(biāo)簽剝離桿圖31中的所示的標(biāo)簽卷支撐盤1用于支撐標(biāo)簽卷，使標(biāo)簽卷保持在一定的牽引力的作用范圍內(nèi)可以松展成帶(又稱退卷)。若與導(dǎo)向柱裝置保持相同的角速度，其紙帶的線速度則越來(lái)越大，造成標(biāo)簽紙帶的張力越來(lái)越大，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致紙帶被拉斷，因此導(dǎo)向柱裝置5的角速度必須小于標(biāo)簽卷的角速度?，F(xiàn)代自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)中常用的驅(qū)動(dòng)元件是步進(jìn)電機(jī)，它們具有響應(yīng)快，信號(hào)檢測(cè)、傳遞、處理方便的特點(diǎn)。在此貼標(biāo)機(jī)中，設(shè)計(jì)了一塊升降板使標(biāo)簽輸送和回收裝置的所有部件都安裝在此升降板上，升降板的形狀和外形尺寸如下圖32，升降板用螺紋桿安裝在工作臺(tái)上，為了受力均勻需要對(duì)升降板的形心進(jìn)行計(jì)算，計(jì)算如下：貼標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)所在升降板的形狀如下所示，這是一塊密度均勻的板，其形心和重心是重合的，所以可以計(jì)算其重心代替形心。 剝離機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)在送標(biāo)過(guò)程中，標(biāo)簽可靠地自動(dòng)剝離，是順利貼標(biāo)的前提，如果標(biāo)簽不能剝離，或是剝離出的部分的位置和姿態(tài)不適當(dāng)，都會(huì)致使無(wú)法完成貼標(biāo)。本例為標(biāo)簽紙帶薄而柔的情況。因此加設(shè)了導(dǎo)向輥，使得在標(biāo)簽卷和剝離桿之間的豎直距離h不變的情況下。以上三點(diǎn)方案設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施后，提高了送標(biāo)過(guò)程中標(biāo)簽的剝離可靠性，且剝離裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，容易調(diào)節(jié)。 為使貼標(biāo)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，貼標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)完成貼標(biāo)后，在瓶子、標(biāo)簽沿水平方向同時(shí)進(jìn)給時(shí)，回轉(zhuǎn)的標(biāo)簽壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)（垂直放置的同步帶）在標(biāo)簽上撫過(guò)，使標(biāo)簽完全粘附在瓶子上。人們?yōu)榱藦耐饨绔@取信息，必須借助于感覺(jué)器官。　　在基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科研究中，傳感器更具有突出的地位。 在本設(shè)計(jì)中分瓶輪采用與牽引輪有相同的步距角的伺服電機(jī)，但從分瓶裝置完成，送標(biāo)裝置同步動(dòng)作，如果采用人工控制，難以達(dá)到同步運(yùn)行，且操作復(fù)雜，這時(shí)可以采用安裝傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)這一動(dòng)作。不斷的根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需求變化，改變企業(yè)的發(fā)展步伐，開(kāi)發(fā)低耗能、高效率、低成本的全自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)來(lái)迎合市場(chǎng)需求，促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)貼標(biāo)機(jī)行業(yè)發(fā)展。而提高包裝質(zhì)量和外觀檔次，關(guān)鍵的設(shè)備當(dāng)屬貼標(biāo)機(jī)。在送標(biāo)裝置中，根據(jù)送標(biāo)的動(dòng)作要求，設(shè)計(jì)了成本低，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，傳動(dòng)可靠，速度調(diào)節(jié)容易的轉(zhuǎn)位機(jī)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了標(biāo)簽的單向間歇性的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)；通過(guò)標(biāo)簽剝離試驗(yàn)和對(duì)剝離力的理論分析，確定了剝離裝置的較優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。s Packing Industry [R].GuangZhou: INDUSTRY SECTOR ANALYSIS, 1998 附錄一?
