g methods. This paper proposed a new stampingforging process. The forming process and mold parameters were optimized utilizing DEFORM2D. In order to shape the inner fillet of R5, a forming process with twostep was designed. A drawingpunch with bigger fillet drew the billet and an upsettingpunch pressed the wall first, and then the drawingpunch was replaced with another one which had a fillet of R5 and the wall was pressed until reaching the size requirements.
