【正文】 +sulfamethoxazole (%), sul soxazole(%) and gentamicin (%). Approximately 80% of the isolates were resistant to at least eightantimicrobial agents, 14% to at least ten antimicrobials tested and 10 isolates to fourteen antimicrobials,including sulfonamides, uoroquinolones, tetracyclines, aminoglycosides and βlactamases. Importantly, coresistance to uoroquinolones and the third and fourthgeneration cephalosporins was also identi ed. Thehigh levels of resistance to antimicrobial agents monly used in clinical medicine presents a greatchallenge to treating patients with shigellosis. 摘要 ? 從 20222022年，對中國上海的腹瀉病人進(jìn)行回顧性研究，共收集 77600個樣本，其中 1635（ %）個樣本經(jīng)志賀氏菌測試呈陽性，所分離出的菌株，包括宋內(nèi)氏志賀氏菌（ 1066， %），福氏志賀氏菌（ 569， %），和鮑氏志賀氏菌（ 3， %）。
