【正文】 Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control Plan, standard Operating Procedures, BMS procedures etc. 例：DFMEA，PFMEA，Control Plan，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序，BMS程序 等MPLEMENTATION DATE執(zhí)行日期Planned date for introduction of preventive action采取預(yù)防措施的計(jì)劃時(shí)間CONGRATULATE THE TEAM AND CLOSE 祝賀這個(gè)小組和問題關(guān)閉Track the progress of all the actions until they are closed.追蹤所有措施的進(jìn)展直到全部關(guān)閉Specifiy COMPLETE in the appropriate box against each of the actions once they are pleted.一旦某一措施完成，在相應(yīng)的框格內(nèi)寫上“完成“Confirm the PPM figures have been adjusted at the Customer and internally. Send to Customer as final issue.確認(rèn)內(nèi)部的和顧客的PPM已經(jīng)調(diào)整。IMPLEMENTED ON SIMILAR PRODUCTS/PROCESSES AFFECTED:在其它受影響的類似產(chǎn)品/過程中執(zhí)行Confirm all other similar products affected by this problem have corrective actions implemented.確認(rèn)所有其它受這個(gè)問題影響的相似產(chǎn)品也同樣執(zhí)行糾錯(cuò)措施ACTION(S) TO PREVENT RECURRENCE防止再發(fā)生的措施The preventive action taken must address the potential for reoccurrence of the problem, what actually allowed for the problem to occur eg. a business process, document or training issue.采取的預(yù)防措施必須針對(duì)問題再發(fā)生的潛在可能，究竟什么會(huì)引起問題再發(fā)生。Effective有效性State the percentage effectiveness of the corrective actions as part of the verification.作為驗(yàn)證的一部分應(yīng)當(dāng)給出一個(gè)糾錯(cuò)措施的有效性百分比。提出的措施必須保證問題不會(huì)再次出現(xiàn)并永久的解決了這個(gè)問題。Examples:例如： Physical verification: testing or showing that we can turn the problem on and off (this is the best verification) 實(shí)地查核：試驗(yàn)或演示我們可以再現(xiàn)問題和解決問題（這是最好的查證） Logical verification using is/isnot, cause and effect, etc. 推理驗(yàn)證，可以運(yùn)用是或不是，原因以及后果等等Additional sheets should be added to statye actions taken and draw conclusions from testes etc.附加頁要闡述采取的措施，從測(cè)試中得到的結(jié)論等等Contribution:影響：State the percentage contribution to the overall problem.列出所有問題的百分比影響There maybe a numbe
