【正文】 到達(dá)站的信息管理，包括線路的歷程和抵運(yùn)時(shí)間。注：只有運(yùn)輸合同狀態(tài)為未出合同時(shí)，才可以對(duì)此合同進(jìn)行修改和刪除。（2）人員調(diào)度管理 調(diào)度員很容易通過系統(tǒng)查看每個(gè)快遞員的具體信息，節(jié)約了調(diào)度員常需聯(lián)絡(luò)快遞員的繁瑣工作，為快件及時(shí)接取送達(dá)提供了快遞員參考依據(jù)，并產(chǎn)生以公里數(shù)進(jìn)行具體的報(bào)價(jià)，進(jìn)而更有效的利用GIS調(diào)配就近的快遞員進(jìn)行接取送達(dá)，節(jié)約了調(diào)度成本，增強(qiáng)了快遞反應(yīng)時(shí)間，增加了客戶的可信任度，（3）客戶服務(wù) 系統(tǒng)提供了客戶快件查詢功能，客戶只要通過本系統(tǒng)，通過遠(yuǎn)程提交相關(guān)資料及錄入相關(guān)的查詢條件，就能一目了然的知曉自身的快件投遞情況，改變了以往依靠電話進(jìn)行查詢的方式。2 系統(tǒng)分析2．1 系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)分析本系統(tǒng)是為了快遞企業(yè)方便管理員工、客戶的信息，有利于管理員工派送快件，并能讓員工隨時(shí)能查詢訂單、修改、刪除訂單，并能對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和管理，能夠方便使客戶查詢快件的信息。[7]以往的手工處理快件業(yè)務(wù)的方法顯然不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展，效率低下而且容易出錯(cuò)。[3] 本次的課程設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目就是快遞管理系統(tǒng)，快遞系統(tǒng)是專為快遞公司量身定做的，主要功能實(shí)現(xiàn)是：能滿足快遞公司與客戶之間的業(yè)務(wù)需求和快遞公司與承運(yùn)人之間的業(yè)務(wù)需求，并能對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和管理。s rapid economic development, economic growth on the growing demand for logistics, economic development depends on logistics industry is more and more high.
