Assisting Infosky to select underwriters, lawyers, accountants and evaluators, arranging and facilitating the process of asset evaluating, land evaluating and auditing ? On the basis of financial audit and asset evaluation, assisting Infosky to : ? Design share structure, ? Carry out financial analysis, ? Tidy up liabilities and creditor right ? Research on the feasibility of financing and investment ? Define the scale of share offering, set up pricing strategy and carry out profit forecast 12 WHAT CAN WE DO AS FINANCIAL CONSULTANT FOR STOCK OFFERING AND LISTING ? Continued : ?
