Procedure:Removal(a) Disconnect power and data connectors.(b) Disconnect door sensor cable from rear of panel.(c) Unfasten fixed bolt on flashing system map panel casing by rotating a quarter of a turn.(d) Detach front of flashing system map panel.(e) Unfasten 6 fixed bolts securing FSM3 LED drive board.(f) Disconnect the data (CN3 and CN5) and power (CN1, CN2 and CN4) connectors from the back of the board.(g) Discard the board.Refitting(a) Connect the data (CN3 and N5) and power (CN1, CN2 and CN4) connectors to the new board.(b) Insert the 6 bolts to secure the board to its fixing points, after inserting lockwashers.(c) Insert graphic map panel.(d) Fasten fixed bolt on flashing system map panel casing by rotating a quarter of a turn.(e) Reconnect door sensor cable to panel rear.(f) Reconnect power and data connectors.MAINTENANCE WORK INSTRUCTIONTitle: FSM LED Drive Board Removal and ReplacementWork Instruction No.MWI3C1B210005Car Applicability:ABB1B2CC1XXXXXXReason for Task: ReplacementSystem/Equipment Title: Flashing System MapManufacturer: Samik Electronics Ind.
