【正文】 礎(chǔ)研究工作仍處于初級(jí)階段,靜電紡絲的工藝設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)功能化納米纖維是新興功能材料領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn)。但是由于紡絲過(guò)程中射流存在著一種不穩(wěn)定的“鞭動(dòng)”狀態(tài),使得接收裝置上纖維的排列往往是雜亂無(wú)章的,因此越來(lái)越多的研究者開(kāi)始致力于取向納米纖維制取的研究。影響因素包括溶液性質(zhì),操作因素(電壓、電場(chǎng)分布、毛細(xì)管直徑、毛細(xì)管口與接收屏之間的距離等)和環(huán)境因素(空氣的流動(dòng)、環(huán)境溫度、濕度)等。時(shí)至今日,太陽(yáng)能電池發(fā)展經(jīng)歷三個(gè)階段并分為三大類(lèi):第一代太陽(yáng)能電池、第二代太陽(yáng)能電池和第三代太陽(yáng)能電池。薄膜太陽(yáng)能電池由于具有潛在的適于規(guī)?;a(chǎn)的低成本優(yōu)勢(shì),因而得到了科研機(jī)構(gòu)和工業(yè)界的廣泛關(guān)注。制備前軀體的主要方法首先分為真空制備方法和非真空制備方法兩大類(lèi)。這也激勵(lì)著Cu2ZnSnS4的研究者們以更加飽滿的熱情投入到研究中。參考文獻(xiàn):[1] Hsu K C, Liao J D, Yang J R, et al.
