Chapter II The Cultivation of Mother Plants of Narcotics and the Production of Narcotic Drugs Article 5 The units that cultivate mother plants of narcotics must be examined and approved jointly by the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery and the State Administration for Medicine.
