In the event that Party B fails to pay the amount to Party A within such Ten (10) days, Party B shall pay the overdue fine to Party A set forth in Article . In the event that Party A fails to provide the VAT invoices or mon invoices to Party B before the end of the thencurrent calendar year, that is, December 31st, the Tax Loss deducted by Party B shall be breach fee and shall not be refunded to Party A. 配電室服務費 支付日期及發(fā)票 Date of Payment of Service Fee of Switch Room and Invoice 雙方明確, 自房屋內乙方購物廣場開業(yè)日起至租期結束 ,位于地下第一層的 配電室管理和高低壓變配電系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控由 甲方所委托的物業(yè)管理公司 負責,乙方應每年向 甲方所委托的物業(yè)管理公司 支付服務費人民幣貳拾萬圓 整 (RMB200,)(“ 服務費 ”), 甲方所委托的物業(yè)管理公司 應向乙方提供服務業(yè)發(fā)票。 從 立戶之日起至租期屆滿, 乙方在租用面積內的水 (含空調用水 )、電 (含空調用電 )、燃氣費按其實際用量,單獨計量,自行向相關經營機構繳納 , 若沃爾瑪購物廣 租賃協(xié)議 Lease Agreement for WalMart Supercenter RE2020052 14 因供電、供水及煤氣經營機構等第三方原因,甲方無法辦理立戶的,則由甲方向乙方出具正規(guī)發(fā)票 。甲方應在每月第 十三 (13)日或之前向乙方提供符合中國法律規(guī)定和稅務行政主管部門要求的合法租 金 發(fā)票,該發(fā)票金額應與 本協(xié)議第 條約定的 乙方當月 應 付租金 (不含物業(yè)
