Even though it is unlikely to materialize every change to moary form, it is pulsory to present the investment pany that the change is to influence the pany in a good way in short or long and Mobile technologies are difficult to some extent to be judged if they are good or bad investments as they are normally investments towards pany business infrastructures. Social working is one example of this kind of investments. In order to make proper decisions on choosing whether or not to use the social work, it is prerequisite to findsome method other than moary one. A popular method for judging mobile merces technologies is the Braudel Rule. According to [1], a technology will create value for potential users if it is built and implemented in such a way that it will expand the limit of the possible within the structure of users everyday life. However, the author regarded an important rule also for emerce and other increasing technologies. When remove the barriers rather then just provide more options, it can offer opportunities for better support pared with existing technologies. To make it clear, the characteristics of value determine how the value could be created. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what value means in order to increase it, or lets say in this situation, to increase the value of advertisement means. How value is created It is necessary to understand how value created within the supply chain management. Generally, value created is the difference between the consumer benefits (or the maximum willingness to pay for the product) and the costs for providing the product. Figure 1 demonstrates the idea.
