【正文】 為了部門以后能更好地發(fā)展，我們在干事中選出下一屆的干部，因此依舊沒有放松對干事的培養(yǎng)。為了讓我部門人員能在工作中不斷提升自我能力，也為了我們能在以后的工作中揚長避短，現(xiàn)對我部門本月的工作作如下總結(jié):一、部署工作的開展為了使我們部門的各項工作能夠在開學(xué)后井然有序地開展，剛開學(xué)我們部門的干部干事對本月份的工作召開了一個會議。講解吝嗇一點，課堂時間大方一點，板書藝術(shù)一點，這樣，我們的政治課教學(xué)才能爭得學(xué)生的心，贏取學(xué)生的愛，提高教學(xué)效果。這就給我們教師的教學(xué)提出了比過去更多更高的要求。使“理論聯(lián)系實際”的樸素真理不只是漂亮的裝飾，而真正成為我們行動的指南。以上，是我們這個月在工作和生活上的情況，很感謝Xx老師和Xx中學(xué)校長對我們的關(guān)心和理解，我們會以更好的面貌順利完成實習(xí)工作。學(xué)生能夠自行看懂的內(nèi)容，不宜花過多時間重復(fù)，這不僅容易使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生厭煩情緒，而且浪費了課堂上的寶貴時間。學(xué)校給我的第一印象就是大氣，一進校園，迎面就是一塊寫著“誠樸”的校訓(xùn)石 第一天站上講臺，腦子一片空白每個頂崗實習(xí)生在實習(xí)中都經(jīng)歷和體會了第一次做老師的困難。頂崗實習(xí)，在收獲：青澀師范生轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楹细竦臏式處?工作方面： 鑒于XxXx中學(xué)今年要參加Xx市教學(xué)評估，所以我這一個月主要工作便是協(xié)助老師整理檔案，完善校園設(shè)施。我看起來還不錯，和自己要求相對一致，便趕緊加了這家公司負責人的號碼，并聯(lián)系上對方。在辦完所有的進學(xué)手續(xù)和實習(xí)手續(xù)之后，我終于走進了大三，也不可爭辯地成為了學(xué)校的一名實習(xí)生。于是我便抱定了決心，左右權(quán)衡了一下自己，特地為自己做了幾個簡歷，并在中華英才網(wǎng)有針對性地投了十多份，我當時的原則是：首先是必須自己感愛好，其次能提供養(yǎng)活自己的薪金，最后是與專業(yè)相關(guān)的，而且與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的盡計不會做！我本以為自己所投的這些簡歷和堅持的原則一定會經(jīng)得住時間和現(xiàn)實的考驗的，可是等了一周之后，我居然沒接到一個口試邀請電話。于是，我給她留言了：“額，你不會真的就這么被打擊得體無無完膚，神經(jīng)錯亂了吧！哥告訴你吧，比你慘的人還大有人在！你怎么能只看到別人閃光的時候呢！什么叫生活，這就叫生活，剛開頭的時候有的是激情，有的是?？?，但久而久之，你就會覺得它實在平淡無奇！就象談戀愛，結(jié)婚，找工作，剛開始時，你可能很期待，并愿意為此投進十分的感情和努力，但時間久了你就會覺得他們實在很平淡很真實，真實平淡得幾欲使人窒息，就像一堵圍城或一個牢籠，往往會把人牢牢套住。謝謝你們了。我方向不堅定，條件不好，能力不突出，我比他更郁悶。說來也是偶合。由于圖片現(xiàn)在沒辦法上傳，所以暫未附圖。m not familiar with knowledge of ships, World and Excel is not well, so as the CAD I has not been chosen from this test, but I did not lose heart, I am happy that from the exam I can discover my shortings, knowing what needs to be strengthened, it seems to be a clear learning goals for me, I bought some ship related books in English, and ask my colleagues to help me on the CAD drawing am responsible for the distribution of materials, I need to be familiar with the various specifications and use of the material, if I do not know the use of the materials, I will ask master Qin for help, when I am not busy, I will go to the engine room to look at the use of materials in parts of the ship, when colleagues are busy, I would help them with the work if they want my shipbuilding industry organize some courses of skills learning, I have taken part in learning, not only know more skills, but also can expand my 、the LifeThis year electricequipmentfixing workshop has absorbed a large group of new, for the workshop new vitality has freshmen work together, and get along well with each other, mutual help mutual aid, the work atmosphere is good, we also has a good learning atmosphere, rest time members getogether learn technology, not only from books, but also from usually work and get a was transported to the Moon Bay, it is both warehouse and lounge ,in order to give everybody a relatively fortable environment，I will clean Container move to Moon Bay at most hot time, every day ,members buy many water todrink, at first members threw the bottles away, later I organized members to collect them together, then sold, such action both save money and good for think I enriched myself every day,selfsummary and selfcritical e must , material keeper must courageous and wise, calmly, does not panic and does not mess, do anything methodically, cannot hand caught, there also exists many shortings in my work, not work rigorously, and not carefully, not calmly, these need to subsequent work, I will continue to accumulate knowledge and improve my prehensive : Xu XueJob number: 020545Time: 第二篇：九月份實習(xí)總結(jié)九月份實習(xí)總結(jié)我是造價1104班41號***。s management and efficiency, cherish the reputation and maintain the image of the pany, Words and deeds are responsible for pany。三、生活方面電裝車間今年吸收了一批新生力量，為車間注入了新的活力，我們這些新生在一起工作，相處融洽，互幫互助，工作氛圍很好，同樣，我們也有很好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，休息時間大家會聚在休息室學(xué)習(xí)工藝，不僅從資料上學(xué)習(xí)，也會從平時的工作中加以總結(jié)，有不明白的地方就向師傅請教。右邊的區(qū)域里，將會議桌分別貼放在集裝箱的兩邊，桌子抽屜向外，可以將接地線放在抽屜里，桌子下面則擺放各種型號的模塊，還有打包帶、打包扣、模塊、壓緊
