【正文】 Any dispute arises during the execution of the agreement, both parties will settle them by friendly negotiation, if not settled by mutual agreement, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Shanghai. 本合約及與本合約有關(guān)的爭議，均適用中華人民共和國法律。Party A warrants that, all files, documents, affairs are plete and in accordance with the fact, avoid misleading or inconsistent with the facts。e) 法律講座；Legal seminar。普通員工、管理人員、保密對象上崗培訓及專業(yè)講座。如因甲方的工作內(nèi)容需要或_____出差在外地，乙方可另行指派其他專業(yè)人員提供法律服務(wù)。The Party B assign lawyer______ as major coordinator, he will be responsible for following and settling law consulting affairs. Promptly deal with the payable transportation fee and other fees should be beard by Party A. if Party A delays the payment under article six in this agreement over 30 days, the party B will withhold related service, and request party A to pay off the agreed costs. If Party A terminate the agreement without fault of party B, the legal Counseling payment is still payable or not to be returned. 第八條 爭議解決Article eight Arbitration 本合約在履行過程中若發(fā)生爭議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商妥善解決，若協(xié)商不成，提交上海仲裁委員會解
