【正文】 隨著CIMS概念的不斷被理解和重視, 計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)(CIMS)必將會代替陶瓷企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)模式, 從而大大增加陶瓷企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)周期由原來的20~30天縮短為10~15 天。這種虛擬產(chǎn)品使客戶在陶瓷產(chǎn)品制造出來之前，就能看見所需產(chǎn)品的真實(shí)效果，并提出修改意見供設(shè)計(jì)人員修改。財(cái)務(wù)管理接到應(yīng)付帳、應(yīng)收帳和提貨單后進(jìn)行收、付款處理，并對提貨單進(jìn)行確認(rèn)后提交給銷售管理子系統(tǒng)和庫存管理子系統(tǒng)。 （4）本文論述的陶瓷產(chǎn)品計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)如圖2 所示，它包括陶瓷產(chǎn)品工程設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)、逆向工程系統(tǒng)、陶瓷企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)過程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)等的技術(shù)支持和集成。 生產(chǎn)管理特點(diǎn)是由于產(chǎn)品多數(shù)直接銷往建筑工地，故產(chǎn)品出產(chǎn)時(shí)間性較強(qiáng)；生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃由用戶合同所決定，并且由最后一道工序逆流分別制定生產(chǎn)單元的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；前后工藝之間的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃需相互統(tǒng)一，各道工序需聯(lián)合管理，即需要相互協(xié)調(diào)；生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性要求生產(chǎn)調(diào)度具有實(shí)時(shí)的在線計(jì)劃和重新計(jì)劃的能力。CIM是CAD（計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)），CAPP（計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝規(guī)劃）、CAM（計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造）、MRP（制造資源規(guī)劃）以及機(jī)器人等計(jì)算機(jī)工業(yè)控制和經(jīng)營管理系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造 陶瓷產(chǎn)品 體系結(jié)構(gòu) 關(guān)鍵技術(shù) 應(yīng)用 Application of puter integrated manufacturing technology in ceramic enterprisesAbstract: CIMS is the English abbreviation for Computer Integrated Manufacturing System, which means the puter integrated manufacturing system.
