　　二十五、爭(zhēng)議的處理

　　第六條　技術(shù)服務(wù)
　　貨物到達(dá)甲方口岸后，由甲方自行安裝，但在主要設(shè)備安裝過(guò)程中，甲方認(rèn)為需要時(shí)，乙方必須派出技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)，提供必要的技術(shù)服務(wù)，在此過(guò)程中由于技術(shù)上的問(wèn)題，所造成的損失由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。
　　第三條　償付期限

　　第一條　貿(mào)易內(nèi)容
　　(一)乙方向甲方提供用于生產(chǎn)的_________型機(jī)械_________臺(tái)，以及各種其他輔助機(jī)械設(shè)備，并同時(shí)提供各類機(jī)械設(shè)備所必需的附配件及備用件，以及在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中各種必需的測(cè)試儀器。當(dāng)乙方支付的貨款不能相抵甲方所開(kāi)的遠(yuǎn)期信用證之金額時(shí)，其差額部分由乙方用預(yù)付貨款方式，在甲方所開(kāi)的遠(yuǎn)期信用證到期前匯付甲方，以使甲方能按時(shí)議付所開(kāi)的遠(yuǎn)期信用證。乙方提供的全部機(jī)械設(shè)備及所有儀器、附配件用_________幣作價(jià)，甲方提供的補(bǔ)償商品則按簽訂合同時(shí)甲方出口貨物的人民幣基價(jià)，以當(dāng)時(shí)的人民幣對(duì)_________幣的匯率折算為_(kāi)________幣。

　　article 7　additional equipment
　　in the course of implementing the contract if it is foun necessary that ，in addition to the machinery and accessories already listed in the provisions， some additional items of the equipment and measuring and testing apparatus are needed， an additional order shall be agreed upon through negotiation .the items thus added shall be incorporated in the contract.

　　after being delivered in china， the machinery and its supporting equipment shall be insured by party b. the unforeseen losses in connection with the equipment shall be indemnified for by the insurance pany first to the insurer (party b) in case the equepment has already been paid off for and thus transferred into party a’s a proport
