From the day of the housing unit deed transferred, the corresponding rights, obligations and responsibilities are also transferred to Party B which are defined in the contract on land using rights signed on the Purchasing Contract by Party A and Shanghai Municipal Housing and Land Resource Adminstration Bureau. Article 33 Any dispute during the performance of the contract should be resolved through consultation.
