SKILLS 是內(nèi)化 Reading 知識和技能的支架,同時本部分內(nèi)容又是學(xué)生表達性技能形成的轉(zhuǎn)化階段,講故事的表述載體就成為了 Task Cycle 的半成品。 INTRODUCTION可以作為 Prereading 的活動設(shè)計,結(jié)合 Reading 部分的教學(xué)活動 可以設(shè)計一節(jié)文學(xué)作品閱讀課。本課題設(shè)計有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的文化交際意識,通過文化對比賞析,可促進學(xué)生的跨文化理解能力。本部分的語言表述細(xì)膩,對 Mr. Ben 和 Mrs. Ben 的性格表現(xiàn)力極強。 PRESENTATION SKILLS 以 學(xué)習(xí) 講故事為語言訓(xùn)練載體, Activity 1 和Activity 2 給出了故事發(fā)展和結(jié) 尾兩個支架,分解了 訓(xùn)練 難度。難點是 will 這個詞,由于其語用范圍廣 , 用法靈活并多涉及到其語 氣和語境功能,因此需要補充相應(yīng)的練習(xí)來強化 will 在語境中的理解和運用。 Prelistening( activity 1) 是聽前準(zhǔn)備,主要是對聽力材料中詞匯的處理 。 LANGUAGE IN USE( 1) 著重學(xué)習(xí) very, most 和 in 的用法。 INTRODUCTION 部分主要是對作品和作者的簡要介紹,此部分的背景 信息輸入為理解 模塊 話題 提供了 必要的 語言準(zhǔn)備 ,同時也為升華 模塊 話題提供了預(yù)備性 材 料 。 Module 1 Pride and Prejudice I. 模塊教學(xué)目標(biāo) 技能目標(biāo) Skill Goals ▲Learn about Jane Austen and her writing style ▲Learn to appreciate the language of 19th century novel ▲Learn to use “ most, very, in, had, my, in” in the context ▲Tell a story by using the correct presentation skills ▲ Appreciate the beauty of a poem ▲ Write a review of a book you have enjoyed II. 語言目標(biāo) 功 能 句 式 a. Her writing style is… 泛讀、書評品讀、講故事和寫作展示 等部分 。教學(xué)設(shè)計中因此要體現(xiàn):語言欣賞、作品賞析、四能(聽說讀寫)結(jié)合、批判對比等教學(xué)活動。兩個 Extracts 分別以舞會相識和達西求婚為場景,以精彩的對白和語言描述 簡要介紹了小說 主題 —Pride and Prejudice. 7 個活動設(shè)計以語言學(xué)習(xí)和語段理解為目的,幫助學(xué)生理解 小說 的主題和語言特色。聽力訓(xùn)練 部分可以提煉為三 部分: Prelistening, whilelistening 和 post listening。 LANGUAGE IN USE(2) 學(xué)習(xí) had, my 和 will 的用法。針對書評所設(shè)計的 活動, 有利于促進學(xué)生對書評從結(jié)構(gòu)到語言的整體理解和把握,為學(xué)生獨立寫好書評提供了很好的范本。 READING PRACTICE 以 Ben 一家的一次家庭討論會為場景,通過精彩對白展示人物的性格特性。 詩歌的文字優(yōu)美 ,語言淺顯 易懂,意境同《琵琶行》有相似之處 。 2. 教材重組 INTRODUCTION 是對作者作品特點以及背景信息的介紹,此部分同READING AND VOCABULARY( 1) 部分具有很大的相關(guān)性。 VOCABULARY AND LISTENING 是對 模塊 話題的知識補充。因此,可以根據(jù)這部分內(nèi)容設(shè)計 為 一節(jié)精讀課。因此可以 將 這部分內(nèi)容設(shè)計一節(jié)泛讀課。 WRITING 是 模塊 任務(wù)鏈的終結(jié)性成果,是學(xué)生終結(jié)性作品的形成階段,同時也檢驗和評價單元任務(wù)的完成效果。 ways 教學(xué)過程與方式 Step I Learn to use “very” Greet students and check the homework.
