A lot of people in the town knew about it and few of them bought anything in her shop. She had to close it. She had nothing to do at home. She hated sports and often lay on the bed after meals. She liked meat and fish and spent much money on the food. Now she got fatter, at the same time, her hair turned thinner and thinner. She had to wear a hat in winter, but in summer, when she took it off, people could easily count how many hairs there were on her head. She was worried about it and went to see a doctor. The doctor asked her some questions and then give her some medicine. “Is it helpful to me, sir?” asked the woman. “I’m not sure, madam,” answered the doctor. “It’ll be useful to you to eat less meat and have sports.” “Please give me something to keep my hair.” “That’s easy,” said the man. He brought out a box and handed it to the fat woman.
