副產(chǎn)物中對作物有益的營養(yǎng)元素質(zhì)量分數(shù)取樣地點w(總量養(yǎng)分)/(gkg1)Al2O3Fe2O3TiO2SiO2CaOMgONa2OMnOP2O5K2OSO3灼失量種形態(tài)的物質(zhì),一種是長條方形,另一種是表面多孔的空心球體,還有一種是蜂窩狀的多孔聚合體。這是土壤風(fēng)化淋溶強烈所致。盆1)1)干物質(zhì)量/(g試驗結(jié)果(表5)顯示,施用脫硫副產(chǎn)物后,花崗巖紅壤上花生的生物量增加最為顯著,其次是砂頁巖赤紅壤的。表6 施脫硫副產(chǎn)物對豇豆農(nóng)藝和產(chǎn)量性狀影響w(施供試物)/(g盆1)豇豆鮮質(zhì)量/(g圖1的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果顯示,脫硫副產(chǎn)物的適宜施用量有一定的范圍,太少了效果不明顯,太多也會使作物減產(chǎn);不同作物對脫硫副產(chǎn)物的需求量不同,這可能是不同作物對某些元素的需求差異所致。kg1)w(干物)/%w(粗蛋白質(zhì))/(g 施脫硫副產(chǎn)物對土壤供肥、供水性能的影響表8的結(jié)果顯示,花崗巖母質(zhì)發(fā)育的赤紅壤和紅壤,以及砂頁巖母質(zhì)發(fā)育的赤紅壤,種植蘿卜施用脫硫副產(chǎn)物后,土壤的性質(zhì)發(fā)生了如下變化:表8 供試脫硫副產(chǎn)物及施用后土壤主要供肥性能的變化土壤類型作物w(施供試物)/(gkg1)花崗巖赤紅壤大豆0花崗巖紅壤花生016砂頁巖赤紅壤花生016 供試脫硫副產(chǎn)物 (沈陽化肥總廠)(1)土壤的pH值有下降的趨勢,這一方面是由于供試驗的脫硫副產(chǎn)物取自沈陽化肥總廠,其本身呈酸性(pH );另一方面,是由于脫硫副產(chǎn)物富含硫,經(jīng)氧化作用會形成硫酸,過量施用會有此作用,因此在使用過程中應(yīng)注意不可過量施用。這可能是由于供試物特有的極細的蜂窩狀空心體,使持水孔隙增加,從而提高了土壤保水性能,最終提高了對作物的有效水量。 施用脫硫副產(chǎn)物后作物的重金屬含量 表10的分析結(jié)果表明,豆科作物(花生、大豆、豇豆)施用燃煤煙氣脫硫副產(chǎn)物后,其收獲物的重金屬質(zhì)量分數(shù),均低于國家無公害食品蔬菜的衛(wèi)生標準。(2)在酸性土壤上豆科作物施用燃煤煙氣脫硫副產(chǎn)物可提高作物產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。2: Department of Thermal Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, ChinaAbstract: The agricultural value of desulphurisation byproducts and the effects of applying desulphurisation byproducts on the growth of leguminosae crop in potexperiment with acid soil were studied. It is showed that the agricultural value of desulphurisation byproducts was good. The desulphurisation products applied to red soils derived from different parent material are effective in promoting the growth and improving the quality of the crop. The physical and chemical properties of the soils are also effectively improved. The contents of heavy metals such as Pb, Cd, Cr, As, Se, Ni, and Cu, in desulphurisation products are below the national set limit, thus applying desulphurisation products properly to the soils, the contents of heavy metals in the crops are below the national set limit for nuisanceless food production.Key words: desulphurisation product。 heavy metal
