【正文】 discrete, multiple (more than two) terminal devices, such as a transistor, SCR, triac, of an integrated circuit device, any bination of terminals taken two at a time shall be open or short circuited. 短路或斷路樣機中的電子元件諸如電阻，電容，固態(tài)元件等，一次只能測試一個元件；對于諸如晶體管，可控硅，三極管和IC等有多種端子間短路或斷路組合的多端子元件，一次只測試兩個端子的組合. Choose the devices whose malfunction may cause most unfavorable results through examination of the sample and its circuit diagram . 分析樣機電路，選取功能失效后可能造成火災(zāi)，電擊或人身傷害危險等的電子元件進行開路或斷路測試. This test may be conducted under draught free condition. The air ejector fan mustn’t be turned on until 2 minutes elapse after the test is over. 測試將在無風(fēng)環(huán)境條件下進行,待測試完成2分鐘後才可開啟排氣扇. Procedure/步驟: Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested. 準備一臺有代表性的樣機用於測試.
