Mixed gas pressure to the plexity, many factors, this design system is to make the pressure points to steady work. The system consists of four control loop, namely heating value adjustment circuit, mixed voltage regulation loop, pressurized machine pressure (frequency) control loop, pressurized machine pressure (discharge) control loop. Four main control loop is to make the cold gas mixed with blast furnace gas pressor stations in the calorific value of coke oven gas through the loop control to adjust the ratio of 4:1, mixed gas regulator valve to adjust the circuit mainly by the PI regulator circuit to adjust, both manual and automatic regulating valve to ensure the accuracy and stability.
