According to the problems existing at present, the paper gives an overall analysis and introduction of Inter courseware system. At the same time, it gives all the procession of developing the subsystem using ASP+SQL technology. Through the strong ability of ASP+SQL technology, it realizes online studying adaptively. The system designs and realizes different navigation strategies such as module navigation, searching navigation, knowledge classifying navigation and helping navigation. These strategies have different functions. Searching knowledge navigation and knowledge classifying navigation are mainly based on the relations of the knowledge and then supplies different knowledge to users.
