Because of the mold production main products is the bulk production, and mould can guarantee the dimension precision stamping products and the quality of the product, so die design and manufacture the main consideration to die design can satisfy the design of technology, whether processing qualified parts, and later maintenance and storage whether reasonable, etc. In this design, we not only need to consider making a parts can meet the application requirements, it also ensures that the service life of the die. Through the graduation design, I not only learned about cold cemented in the contents of the course rush mould design, master cold stamping mould design methods and steps of the cold, and master the basic skills of stamping mould design, such as calculation, drawing, consult design material and manual, familiar with standards and specifications, so as to make theory and actual production, thus using knowledge prehensively to cultivate and improve my ability to work independently.
