So we can meet the needs of sustaining changes and developing service requirements and provide the best service quality. In order to improve the quality and stability of work operation , We can according different situations to deal with the problems and adjust the parameters by talking into account other indicators, the ultimate goal is to make the work keep a dynamic equilibrium.
