This article is mainly narrate the basic foundation of and its design as well. Cite this system as an example, I’ll introduce the developing this system step by step: system analyzing, system design and system fulfillment. In system analyzing, it discussed the way to analyse all data which system needed with data flow graph and system function instruction form. In the section on design, it clearly present every functional module, menu design and database form and field. In the last part, it shows the matter and code on fulfilling the related function controls in the form and the way on menu fulfillment. At the end of the article, It shows the operating interface of the system.
