【正文】 染植物細(xì)胞時，從 Ti質(zhì)粒上導(dǎo)入植物細(xì)胞的一段 DNA。 保留TDNA兩端的末端序列，然后用外源 DNA插入或直接取代野生型 TDNA的部分基因，使轉(zhuǎn)化的植物細(xì)胞不具有成瘤能力。 Vir區(qū)段總長度大約 35kb，由 7個互補群組成，分別命名為 VirA、 VirB、 VirC、 VirD、VirE、 VirG和 VirH。 ?TDNA便以 單鏈形式 釋放出來，并在 RB序列的引導(dǎo)下定向地轉(zhuǎn)移到寄主植物細(xì)胞。 TDNA轉(zhuǎn)移的機制 Ti質(zhì)粒載體 ?
