Application of PLC technology bined with pneumatic, sensors and position control technology, the design of automatic sorting of different types of materials control system. Strong flexibility of the system, program development easy sorting of materials can be adapted to flexible production line requirements. This paper introduces the PLC control system hardware and software design, as well as some debugging methods. In this thesis, Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC sorting device for control system design. Main contents are based on the requirements in the process, the first advanced hardware system design, and then the ladder programming, and the key steps of the ladder explanation. Finally learning software in Mitsubishi PLC FXTRNBEGC simulation software for the simulation, the simulation results illustrate the correctness of hardware and software development.
