SF6 氣體的電弧分解物在水分參與下會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多有毒物質(zhì)(如氟化亞硫酸、氫氟酸等) ,腐蝕斷路器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)材料并威脅檢修人員安全。本次設(shè)計(jì)的 SF6斷路器微水在線監(jiān)測(cè)儀系統(tǒng)包括現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備監(jiān)測(cè)和遠(yuǎn)程通信兩大部分。在電力系統(tǒng)向超高壓、大電網(wǎng)、大容量和自動(dòng)化方向發(fā)展的同時(shí),用于關(guān)合及開(kāi)斷電力線路,以輸送和倒換電力負(fù)荷以及從電力系統(tǒng)中退出故障設(shè)備以保證系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行的高壓開(kāi)關(guān)就顯得尤為重要了。關(guān)鍵字:PIC16F877 of SF6 gas’s temperature, humidity and pressure, and to kown the running state of circuit breakers so that people could effectively deal with the insulation fault caused by SF6 gas itself, and ensure the safty of the power supply system.In this design,the basic principles of SF6 circuit breaker can be summarized as that the humidity sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor are connected to the SF6 gas room by the jointer,which can survey the humidity, temperature, pressure of SF6 gas. the measured analog go through the A / D conversion, data analysis in the PIC16F877 microcontroller, to implement data overrun alarm and demonstrate temperature, pressure and information transmission between slaves and the master generates a standard munication packets based on MODBUS protocol to achieve realtime control.Keyword: PIC16F877 microcontroller。本次設(shè)計(jì)的 SF6斷路器微水在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的基本原理為:將濕度、溫度、壓力傳感器通過(guò)連接器件連接到 SF6氣室,測(cè)量氣室內(nèi) SF6氣體的濕度、溫度、壓力。對(duì)由于 SF6
