應(yīng)用水煤漿潔凈燃燒技術(shù)控制燃煤工業(yè)鍋爐-全文預(yù)覽
【正文】 程。洗精煤要求如下：熱值（低位發(fā)熱量）≥6000kcal/kg 可磨指數(shù)50～100揮發(fā)分≥30％ 灰熔點（T2） 動力型≥1300℃灰分≤10％ 氣化型≥1180℃硫分≤1％（2）添加劑 制造水煤漿用添加劑，應(yīng)具有活性好、反應(yīng)快、添加量少、制漿成本低、對煤炭灰熔點降低小的特性。近年來，水煤漿技術(shù)已在供熱鍋爐和熱電廠開始應(yīng)用，經(jīng)濟效益與環(huán)境效益都很好，引起中國環(huán)保和能源界的共同關(guān)注。我國水煤漿鍋爐的燃燒效率均在95％以上，鍋爐的熱效率均在84％以上。為此，水煤漿技術(shù)在我國應(yīng)運而生，將獲得愈來愈廣泛的應(yīng)用。水煤漿鍋爐是目前我國嚴重污染大氣環(huán)境的燃煤工業(yè)鍋爐的理想替代產(chǎn)品。20世紀70年代初西方發(fā)達國家研究開發(fā)的水煤漿技術(shù)，便可以達到上述要求，即以煤炭為基礎(chǔ)，將其加工成水煤漿再用作鍋爐燃料，工業(yè)鍋爐方可潔凈燃燒，大氣環(huán)境污染問題可以得到控制。 coal water mixture。關(guān)鍵詞 煤炭；煙塵； SO2；燃煤工業(yè)鍋爐；水煤漿；水煤漿鍋爐 Controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coalfired boiler by clean bustion technology of coal water mixture ( CWM )Zhang Huiming(Qingdao Institute of Environmental Science, Qingdao 266003)Wang Juan(Qingdao Technological University，Qingdao 266033)Abstract Clean fuel of water mixture and controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coalfired boiler is discussed in this paper. It includes a survey of clean bustion technology of CWM, productive methods of CWM, classify and physical properties of CWM, technological process and properties of clean bustion system of CWM, system of CWMfired boiler and characteristics of CWMfired boiler. It is shown by research that firing rate and limiting firing rate of clean technology of CWM is high and carbon content of slag is low so that economy benefit is good, emission density of sulfur dioxide and flue dust is low so that environmental benefit is good.
