Zhejiang new embedded application software architecture is put forward based on ARM9 + Linux according to the design specification and advantages of many ordinary monitoring system. The system’s superiority of multitask processing, real time, high speed and strong addressing ability is utilized fully, so the reliability and flexibility are improved. The process of analysis and design is followed by the thought of software engineering.The system has been debugged with hardware and achieved all target and requirement. This system has passed the acceptance of user.The works of this thesis include 3 parts in conclusion.1. After studying the repeater monitoring system’s development status of domestic and oversea, the ARM + Linux embedded control system is designed according with the actual situation. This part of work includes designing the monitoring architecture and transplanting Linux to ARM9.2. After studying the framework of embedded system design, some mon problems are found, such as low maintainability and poor scalability. So the design method is put forward bining layer processing of modules. This theory has been applied to process of analysis, design and implementation of the monitoring system. The maintainability and scalability of this system is well after testing.3. A new alarm processing mechanism strategies is put forward and realized according to the system’s specification and practical application needs. The system has no false alarm and leakage alarm after seven days of test running.
