I first made for stamping technology analysis, analysis of the ponents of the dimension precision mould with general accuracy that can meet the accuracy requirement of the parts, and again from parts of shape, dimensions and production batch etc look, chose deep drawing, punching, trimming posite modulus scheme. Here is mainly discussed according to its own characteristics, the workpiece in design to consider its actual working conditions and must plete design task. Because of the mold production main products is the bulk production, and mould can guarantee the dimension precision stamping products and the quality of the product, so die design and manufacture the main consideration to die design can satisfy the design of technology, whether processing qualified parts, and later maintenance and storage whether reasonable, etc. In this design, we not only need to consider making a parts can meet the application requirements, it also ensures that the service life of the die. Through the graduation design, I not only learned about cold cemented in the contents of the course rush mould design, master cold stamping mould design methods and steps of the cold, and master the basic skills of stamping mould design, such as calculation, drawing, consult design material and manual, familiar with standards and specifications, so as to make theory and actual production, thus using knowledge prehensively to cultivate and improve my ability to work independently.
