【正文】 he lectures were drafted by the project team under the supervision of Vice President Zheng Chuxuan. From the basic contents, the lecturers drafted the syllabuses and the lecture slides. Vice President Zheng Chuxuan then discussed with the lecturers and made any necessary adjustments. Each lecture lasted two hours with a short break in between. In order to avoid duplications, a lecturer would sit in a lecture while another was teaching. From 20062008, 454 students from classes B of young and middleaged cadres and 508 students from classes of section directors of provincial governmental departments have taken this module course, which totalled 962.
