作為蔗糖的替代品應(yīng)用于食品工業(yè),為葡萄糖的應(yīng)用開拓了更為廣闊的領(lǐng)域。植物可通過光合作用產(chǎn)生葡萄糖。葡萄、無花果等甜果及蜂蜜中,游離的葡萄糖含量較多。葡萄糖分子中的醛基,有還原性,能與銀氨溶液反應(yīng)被氧化成葡萄糖酸,醛基還能被還原為己六醇,分子中有多個羥基,能與酸發(fā)生酯化反應(yīng)。 純凈的葡萄糖為無色晶體,有甜味但甜味不如蔗糖,易溶于水,微溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚。能補(bǔ)充體內(nèi)水分和糖分,具有補(bǔ)充體液 、供給能量、補(bǔ)充血糖、強(qiáng)心利尿、解毒等作用 。 例如葡萄糖是生命活動中不可缺少的物質(zhì),直接參與人體內(nèi)新陳代謝過程。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 四效錯流 糖液 蒸發(fā)器 降膜 河北工業(yè)大學(xué) 2020 屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)外文摘要 Title:Annual output of 30,000 tons of sugar concentration process and equipment design Abstract: Sugar has medical value and restore system function, is the pharmaceutical , food and essential raw materials and additives.. Such as life activities glucose is indispensable substances, directly involved in the metabolic processes in the human body . To supplement the body of water and sugar , with rehydration , the supply of energy , added sugar, cardiac diuretic , detoxification effect . However, in a variety of pharmaceutical and food production process, the sugar concentration is low , resulting in low productivity ,so that it can not meet production needs, which requires a large amount of water distilled off by concentration to obtain a high concentration of sugar . The design uses four crossflow effect evaporation , evaporation equipment for the use of forced circulation outside heated falling film evaporator , the design of process and design, strength design and structural design , drawing sugar evaporation process flow diagram , equipment and facade layout and the heating chamber , the separation chamber , liquid distributor and atmospheric condensers and other equipment assembly drawings and parts diagram .
