The change of water parameters contain pH values, surface tension, electrode potential and conductivity was studied. The scaling characteristics of the water treated by the copperzinc alloy and tourmaline were researched by the minemade boiler simulator. The microscopic influence mechanism of scale formation was explored by SEM,XRD and etc. The results showed that the pH values of water rose from to , the surface tension was reduced to mN / m from mN / m and the electrode potential was dropped from mV to mV after treated by 10 g copperzinc alloy in 800 mL solution of 500 mg/L [Ca2+][HCO3]. Copperzinc alloy can make Zn2+ of dissolution to change the direction of crystal growth by forming the tiny primary battery reaction. The polarity of the tourmaline can electrolysis of water molecules and reduce the association degree of water molecules. When both synergies, tourmaline stimulate water activity, strengthen Zn ions stripping effect, and strengthen copperzinc alloy galvanic cell reaction.
