【正文】 新型合金材質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化爐管（如 HP50 薄壁管），有利于提高轉(zhuǎn)化管操作壓力和溫度，降低管壁厚度及長(zhǎng)度，增加轉(zhuǎn)化管催化劑裝填量；改造蒸汽系統(tǒng)，提高高 壓蒸汽的過(guò)熱度，可提高蒸汽的做功能力和熱利用率；二段爐采用新型燒咀；借鑒節(jié)能型工藝設(shè)計(jì)思想，改變轉(zhuǎn)化工藝設(shè)計(jì)或轉(zhuǎn)化爐型，提高轉(zhuǎn)化效率以降低能耗，降低一段轉(zhuǎn)化強(qiáng)度 ，放寬其出 4CH 含量，增加二段爐空氣加入量以維持反應(yīng)溫度；用燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)空氣壓縮機(jī)，燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的高溫空氣送入一段爐作為補(bǔ)充空氣，即熱量的聯(lián)合循環(huán)工藝，可節(jié)約燃料并提高一段爐燃燒效率。第三，采用多極膜分離方法，由于氫氣透過(guò)膜的速率相比其他氣體較高，并通過(guò)多極膜進(jìn)行分離而獲得純度較高的氫氣。此外，大型化的合成氨生產(chǎn)工藝由于采用了高速離心壓縮機(jī)，減少了合成氨的設(shè)備，并實(shí)現(xiàn) 了合成氨生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)化。因此一般采用較高的水碳比，約 ～ 。通常情況下要求yCH4，出口溫度應(yīng)為 1000176。而煤的氣化，將煤在高溫條件下，通過(guò)常壓或者加壓的方式與水蒸氣或者氧氣反應(yīng)，得到含氫的氣體產(chǎn)物，以此為制作合成氨的原料。利用重質(zhì)油生產(chǎn)合成氨的工藝為首先重油與水蒸氣反應(yīng)值得含氫氣體。 Abstract: As countries promulgated by the ministry for the synthetic ammonia industry access conditions (draft) , increases the energy consumption in ammonia production access conditions, thus speeding up the implementation of synthetic ammonia production energy saving reconstruction has bee the enterprise to adapt to the new situation of the development of the basic requirements.
