【正文】 0％，發(fā)電機(jī)效率98％，的條件得到的。熱力系統(tǒng)及裝機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)原則：1） 充分利用該公司生產(chǎn)線窯頭熟料冷卻機(jī)及窯尾預(yù)熱器廢氣余熱。h我公司擬建二期2500t/d新型干法水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線用電負(fù)荷情況：公司總裝機(jī)容量：11920kW公司總用電負(fù)荷：8310kW公司年耗電量：4650104kW 綠化本工程所占場(chǎng)地在水泥廠現(xiàn)有區(qū)域內(nèi)，電站建成后為工廠的一個(gè)車間。明溝采用漿砌片石明溝，蓋板采用鋼筋混凝土蓋板。根據(jù)水泥生產(chǎn)線已有的臺(tái)段布置，進(jìn)行本工程的豎向設(shè)計(jì)。本工程建設(shè)在已建好的水泥生產(chǎn)線中，根據(jù)水泥生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)情況看該地區(qū)地質(zhì)情況較好。擬建場(chǎng)地大部分為山地，地形有一定的起伏，基巖埋藏深度變化較大，局部基巖出露。本工程為二期工程，即擴(kuò)建一條2500t/d新型干法水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線，因此利用一期總降壓變電站內(nèi)預(yù)留位置增設(shè)35/，12500kVA主變壓器一臺(tái)，總降35 kV 。1) 本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件具備；2) 生產(chǎn)過程中所需的藥品、電力、水源供應(yīng)有保障；3) 建設(shè)資金落實(shí)；4) 我公司有一支建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理等諸方面具有經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富和現(xiàn)代意識(shí)的職工隊(duì)伍；5) 項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)嚴(yán)格遵循“穩(wěn)定可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、降低能耗、節(jié)約投資”的設(shè)計(jì)原則，吸取了其他同類型、同規(guī)模項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)； 6) 財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)表明本項(xiàng)目效益較好。發(fā)電機(jī)采用空冷式發(fā)電機(jī)組；電站站用電設(shè)集中電力室，電站啟動(dòng)時(shí)啟動(dòng)電源為電網(wǎng)供電，電站正常運(yùn)行后，站用電即可由電網(wǎng)供電，也可由發(fā)電機(jī)直接供電；電站設(shè)獨(dú)立調(diào)度通訊系統(tǒng)，與電站生產(chǎn)有關(guān)的各崗位均設(shè)直通調(diào)度電話，電站與電網(wǎng)調(diào)度管理部門間按要求設(shè)置調(diào)度通信設(shè)施。要盡可能采用先進(jìn)的工藝技術(shù)方案，以降低發(fā)電成本和基建投入。電站補(bǔ)水量為45 m3/h（含管網(wǎng)和不可預(yù)見水量），現(xiàn)有供水設(shè)施可以滿足電站建成后所有生產(chǎn)用水。在余熱電站設(shè)計(jì)階段應(yīng)進(jìn)一步查明場(chǎng)地的工程地質(zhì)情況，為基礎(chǔ)工程的合理設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠依據(jù)。場(chǎng)區(qū)內(nèi)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單，巖性單一，屬合川向斜中段東翼，為單斜巖層，主要以紫紅色泥巖、頁巖為主，夾少量砂巖，未見有不良地質(zhì)現(xiàn)象。有鑒于此，我公司根據(jù)公司的具體情況，在對(duì)國家及重慶市資源綜合利用的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)和研究，同時(shí)在對(duì)國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的資源綜合利用電站、尤其是TCDRI所擁有的純低溫余熱電站的系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了綜合調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，為了實(shí)施可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和執(zhí)行資源綜合利用政策，同時(shí)保證水泥生產(chǎn)能夠順利進(jìn)行，根據(jù)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、技術(shù)條件，并綜合考慮現(xiàn)有和擬建的水泥生產(chǎn)線所產(chǎn)生的余熱及場(chǎng)地布置等因素，擬利用水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線窯頭、窯尾余熱資源，以達(dá)到充分利用水泥生產(chǎn)線排放的廢熱資源，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之目的，在此基礎(chǔ)上委托我公司編制可行性研究報(bào)告。經(jīng)過對(duì)全廠熱力系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化，對(duì)水泥線取風(fēng)點(diǎn)的重新選擇。TCDRI承擔(dān)設(shè)計(jì)的廣西魚峰水泥股份有限公司純低溫余熱電站工程，電站裝機(jī)容量7000kW，設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)電功率5700kW，2004年7月并網(wǎng)發(fā)電成功，至今已正常發(fā)電。國外純低溫余熱發(fā)電技術(shù)從六十年代末期即開始研制，到七十年代中期，無論是熱力系統(tǒng)還是裝備都已進(jìn)入實(shí)用階段。發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)有利于形成節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的生產(chǎn)方式和消費(fèi)模式，有利于提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量和效益，有利于建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)，有利于促進(jìn)人與自然的和諧，充分體現(xiàn)了以人為本，全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀的本質(zhì)要求，是實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)宏偉目標(biāo)的必然選擇，也是關(guān)系中華民族長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的根本大計(jì)。這套系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)典型的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)范例。原國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委、國家稅務(wù)總局發(fā)布的《資源綜合利用認(rèn)定管理辦法》（國經(jīng)貿(mào)資源〔1998〕716號(hào)）和《資源綜合利用電廠（機(jī)組）認(rèn)定管理辦法》（國經(jīng)貿(mào)資源〔2000〕660號(hào)）同時(shí)廢止。為此，委托天津水泥工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司（TCDRI）編制可行性研究報(bào)告。企業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品P我公司擁有一支訓(xùn)練有素、作風(fēng)優(yōu)良、崇尚職業(yè)道德的營銷隊(duì)伍。我公司2500t/d水泥生產(chǎn)線是以中國水泥發(fā)展中心為技術(shù)依托組建的大型現(xiàn)代化水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。廠址緊臨212國道、渝合高速公路、遂渝快速鐵路合川站及嘉陵江，陸路、水路交通十分便利。s father will set out with her in a small boat.
