民和綜合后評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容、特征, 建立了評(píng)價(jià)體系 ,并將 兩種評(píng)價(jià)方 法 (模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法和層次分析法) 相結(jié)合對(duì)關(guān)山水庫(kù)工程項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了全面評(píng)價(jià),其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)于關(guān)山水庫(kù)工程建設(shè)管理者和項(xiàng)目決策者具有啟示和借鑒作用。 最后論文總結(jié)取得的研究成果并提出了進(jìn)一步 的 研究方向 。本文還致力于 推廣多種系統(tǒng)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的結(jié)合與應(yīng)用。s social, economic and ecological development. To promote regional’s development. Effective and objective project post evaluation of Guan Shan reservoir can make the reservoir management decision makers learn lessons 、 raise the level of decision making and improve the investment efficiency of Guan Shan reservoir. Referring existing theory and method of water construction project Guan Shan reservoir engineering, content and features of immigration and integrated detailed evaluation indicators system. The full post evaluation of indicators system of Guan Shan reservoir project is obtained with the bination of AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation law. Its evaluation results has inspiration and reference role for Guan Shan reservoir engineering construction managers and project decision makers. In first, the theories, and research progress of postproject evaluation are described. The characteristics and development of post evaluation on construction project of Water Conservancy in China are analyzed in detail. Followed, the basic theory and method of post evaluation of water construction project in China are introduced in system. The content, features and building method of evaluation indicators system are summed an analyzed. The related features of integrated evaluation method of existing water construction project are discussed and the basic models are developed. Again, taking into account the particular characteristics of Guan Shan reservoir project are studied and conclusions are drawn based on the above indicator system and evaluation methods. At last, the research results are summed and a further study direction is given. In the construction of post evaluation index system of Guan Shan reservoir, immigration system is separated with other system taking into account the characteristics of the immigration system. The system of evaluation indicators is refined reflecting the bination of theory and practice of water conservancy construction project evaluation. At the same time, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy prehensive evaluation are bined on the prehensive evaluation of index. The important conclusion is drawn. The study results of the thesis consistent with the practice and give the enlightenment for construction manager of Guan Shan reservoir. It is an unprecedented approach. Establishment of the index system is aimed at the exploration of allround, multiangle prehensive integrated evaluation index system of water conservancy construction project. And also, this thesis promotes a variety of bination and application of prehensive evaluation methods.
