【正文】 系統(tǒng)、通過家庭總線系統(tǒng)提供各種服務(wù)功能、能和住宅以外世界相連接。人們對居住環(huán)境要求不斷提高，在遵照公安有關(guān)部門對安全防范的要求和總體規(guī)劃的要求外，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)力求做到布局合理，技術(shù)先進(jìn)，經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用，操作維修簡便，并考慮建設(shè)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展，保持系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。近年來中國大步跨入了信息化時(shí)代，人們的工作、生活與通信、信息的關(guān)系日益緊密， 信息化在改變我們生活方式與工作習(xí)慣的同時(shí)，也對傳統(tǒng)的住宅提出了挑戰(zhàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 樓宇智能技術(shù)、 一卡通、物業(yè)管理 成都工業(yè)學(xué)院成教院畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） （樓宇智能系統(tǒng)） 2 Abstract With the development of modern munication thechnology and the rapid development of the automatic control technology, intelligent building in developed countries have emerged.
